During the sales process, clients lacked a clear understanding of the purpose of discharge folders. This was due to sales pitches were verbally given over the phone, and explaining the end-to-end process a discharge folder was confusing to most clients. I created this explainer video to help clients thoroughly understand the why, how, when, and who of using discharge folders.
